PENGARUH BUDAYA BELAJAR, STRATEGI PENGAJARAN DOSEN, DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI FKIP UKSW

ABSTRACT
Problems in student learning outcomes FKIP SWCU Economic Education that is not in line with expectations became reason of this research. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of the poor learning outcomes. The approach of this research is quantitative-associative correlational research with dependent variables in this research is learning culture and teaching strategy, then motivation became intervening variable, and learning outcome as dependent variable. The results showed that all the independent variables affects the learning outcomes, both individually and jointly. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the most influential variables on learning outcomes is a learning culture and teaching strategies. Therefore, it is recommended to lecturer to optimise the teaching. In addition,the student needs to be cultivated weeks to learn good habits from the beginning of the year they become students.
